Working for 33 years in information technology fields I have gathered much experience in IT infrastructure, IT security and software development. The latter mainly in regards to Intellectual Property in the course of my last activities at the Brandstock Group.
Since 2018 I support PAVIS GmbH in the fields of IT, data and processes.

Software development

My expertise in leading software projects includes applications for in-house use as well as projects with clients and partners. Agile Software Development with its methods Scrum and Kanban enable lean development processes and a close interaction with clients. Beside German clients, for instance a huge chemical company, I had the opportunity to work amongst others with a mobile phone manufacturer from US, a Swiss pharmaceutical company and an international food corporation.

As co-founder of IP-Valuation GmbH I was responsible for the technical concept of the software BrandValue, used by many considerable companies.

Change Management

In all areas, IT infrastructure, security and development constant improvement and further development are key aspects. It needs change to accomplish this. Most people are sceptical towards change. Therefore, it is very important to win acceptance for change, actively involve people in change processes and value their opinions and concerns. In the last years I had the opportunity to work with Chameleogenics from UK, specialists in Change Management and gaining some experience in this area.

Intellectual property

I am well acquainted with the internal processes of IP service providers, in particular extensions of protection rights and recordals. Above all, the challenges in this growing market are the optimization and support of processes through IT and data. This applies both to the internal processes and to the customer's view, because the integration of customer-specific IP management systems and the IP service provider's system is becoming more and more important.
